His Journey in Luge
From first discovery to international competition
The Beginning
Logan grew up immersed in sports, always active and driven by competition. His primary focus was competitive gymnastics, which had him traveling across the country with his mom, competing in meets most weekends. For much of his youth, he believed gymnastics was his future—until one unexpected weekend in Minneapolis, Minnesota, changed everything.
In 2017, Logan attended the USA Luge White Castle Slider Search—a tryout originally meant for his brother. What began as a casual introduction quickly revealed a new passion: the thrill of speed and the challenge of luge. That moment marked the beginning of what would soon become his life's pursuit.

The Ascent
From his very first run down the track in Lake Placid at just 12 years old, Logan knew he had found his calling. The speed, the precision, the challenge—it all just felt right. However, the path forward wasn't easy. Despite going through the recruitment process, Logan didn't make the team on his first attempt. It was a difficult setback, especially at such a young age—but one that only fueled his determination.
In 2018, after working relentlessly to improve, he earned a spot mid-season and went on to place 2nd at the Youth B National Championships in Park City, Utah. From there, Logan climbed steadily—from the Development Team to the Candidate Team, and now proudly represents the United States on the Junior National Team, entering his final year of junior eligibility.
Over the past seven years, Logan has grown through every challenge, each season sharpening his focus and deepening his passion for the sport. His drive to be the best continues to grow, with his sights set on making the National and World Cup Teams for the 2026–2027 season, and ultimately representing Team USA at the 2030 Winter Olympics. He believes the journey is only just beginning.
Pushing the Limits
Logan currently competes on the Junior World Cup circuit, representing the United States in Men's Singles from October through March each season. This international tour takes him to some of the most iconic tracks in the sport. He has trained and raced in the United States, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Latvia—with Switzerland standing out as his favorite.
Each year, Logan typically competes in six Junior World Cup events, the Junior World Championships, two national-level competitions, and two summer races during the off-season.
No matter the size or setting, every competition carries the same intensity. For Logan, it's never just about results—it's about pushing himself to the edge of his ability and seeing how far he can go.

The Cost of Competing
Team USA is one of the few national teams in the world that receives no government funding. This means athletes like Logan are responsible for covering every aspect of their journey—from training, coaching, and equipment to travel, housing, and meals. As Logan has climbed the ranks, each season has brought greater opportunities—but also greater financial demands.
Being a part of Team USA is both an honor and a major commitment. It's a path that no young athlete can walk alone. Thanks to the generosity of family, friends, businesses, and supporters, Logan continues to chase his dream with relentless determination.
Every donation makes a real difference. Logan is incredibly grateful for each person who contributes to his journey. Your support not only helps him represent Team USA—it makes you a part of every turn, every finish line, and every breakthrough. Together, we move forward—one run down the track at a time.
The Road Ahead
Each season brings its own goals and challenges, but Logan always keeps his focus on the bigger picture and what lies ahead.
Entering his final year of junior eligibility, Logan is determined to make this his best season yet. He aims to maximize his development and prepare himself to step confidently into the professional ranks after this year.
Looking beyond, Logan has his sights set on making the World Cup team for the 2026–2027 season and ultimately representing Team USA at the 2030 Winter Olympic Games in the French Alps.
The journey won't be easy, but Logan's determination and passion drive him forward. This pursuit wouldn't be possible without the support of those who believe in him—his team, family, and fans—who make every step worth taking.
