What is Luge?

Luge speed

Luge is the fastest sport on ice, where athletes race down a winding, icy track at speeds exceeding 85 mph while lying on their backs on a small sled.

Athletes steer using precise leg and shoulder movements, experiencing forces up to 5 G's in the turns. The sport demands incredible strength, split-second reflexes, and unwavering courage.
