A Productive Summer
This summer has been one of the best of my career. My first full summer with the Senior National Team has pushed me in ways I didn't expect, physically and mentally, and I can feel the growth heading into this season.

The work has been demanding, but it's the kind of demanding that builds you up. Every session has had a purpose and an intention behind it, and I'm building into this season feeling stronger and more prepared than ever. The resources, coaches, staff, and team all push you toward greatness, and it's a very special feeling to be a part of it.
Life Outside of Training
Training is the priority, but this summer had room to live too. I caught some incredible shows, Goose on July 4th in Saratoga and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard in Forest Hills, New York City. I got to visit family for a couple weeks, spent time water skiing and golfing, and balanced it all with work. It's been a great summer full of good memories alongside training.
What's Next
Start Championships are coming up on October 16th at 6pm, and I would love to see anyone who can make it out.
From there, the road turns toward the season itself. I leave for Park City, Utah on November 1st for World Cup race offs, where my season really begins to take shape. With the intention and goal of making the World Cup team, I'm feeling optimistic and ready for what's ahead.

Looking Ahead
It's shaping up to be a fun first year on the Senior National Team, and I'm feeling good heading into race offs. I'll post another update before I head to Park City, and I'll check back in once the World Cup team is selected to share what my season looks like.
Thank You
As I head into my first professional season as a luge athlete, I want to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through the years. It means more than I can say.
I'm incredibly grateful to find myself in a position where the World Cup dream feels possible, and I'm hoping to make everyone proud this coming winter.
